Kettle Bell Class -  Want to get in shape and do it fast? This class will take you to the next level. Using a kettle bell, we combine cardio, flexibility, endurance, and strength training. The exercises we focus on are holistic therefore we work the triceps, biceps, abs, thighs, and glutes. You can reshape your body one workout at a time by combining squats, sit ups, leg lifts, arm presses, and butt kicks just to name a few. All it takes is one workout two days a week for one hour. Come join us for a total body workout. Beginners welcome – you use lesser weights. Advanced –step up to the heavier weights. We want you to get better and stronger at your own pace.

Insanity - Available to those daring enough to take the insane challenge. This is a Shaun T workout and you follow his DVD. Get a group together and let's get tough.

Weight Training Class  - A full body workout using circuit training to incorporate kettle bells, weights, slosh tubes, step ups, hill running, swimming and more. This workout is customized to your level of fitness. It targets the cardiovascular and strength training. Come join this class in the mornings and get ready to be challenged.

Martial Arts for Kids and Kids at Heart  - Held in different sessions. 6-7 year olds, 8-12 year olds, and 13 & over learn martial art skills to aid in strength, develop focus, and discipline.

Zumba  - The dance party workout that everyone loves. You can get your heart pumping with this fitness craze set to Latin and International music. This is a fun and effective workout. Burn the calories and join the party.

Abs To Go  - A short 20-30 minute workout designed especially to work upper and lower abs. See if you can tighten up those stomach muscles and see a new trimmer you in the mirror.
